On Wednesday evening I discovered a major problem with my mains drainage system and needed urgent help. We called Aquafix Drainage London, who arrived within an hour that same evening to try to clear the blockage. Unfortunately, the pipe had collapsed and needed to be replaced. Their team came back today (Friday) and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. They showed me photographs from inside the drain and explained what they were doing at every stage. I was really impressed with how professional, clear and thorough they were. The job was completed swiftly, everything was left tidy, and we now have a fully working system again.
